This position requires extensive travel and is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about construction and eager to apply their expertise in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution centers, cold storage, tilt wall, and tilt-up construction. This role demands a hands-on leader who can oversee and participate in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in various construction projects. Responsibilities:1. Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various construction projects.2. Ensure all electrical work is conducted in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards.3. Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.4. Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.6. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in electrical work.7. Manage and order materials and equipment required for projects, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.8. Resolve any electrical related issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process.9. Prepare and present progress reports to management, providing insights into the performance of the electrical team.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, preferably in construction.2. Proven experience in distribution centers, cold storage, tilt wall, and tilt-up construction.3. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to train and mentor junior staff.5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.7. Ability to travel extensively for various construction projects.8. Proficient in the use of electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.9. Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety standards.10. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.11. High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.12. Valid electrician"s license.
