Land Development Contracts & Project Coordinator Job Description San Joaquin Valley Homes is seeking a Full-Time Land Development Contracts/Project Coordinator to join our team in our Visalia Office. This position will provide administrative and project management support for land development projects. This includes maintaining construction documents as well as updating schedules and budgets. This position is primarily an office position. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and control plan distribution of Land Development Project Plans - Ensure that all contractors and superintendents have the most current plan sets Responsible for the maintenance of Budgets & Budgeting Tools - the position will work to ensure that all transactions are recorded for each project Provide Bid support and Analysis Report to Land development team about engineering progress and update schedules as necessary - Track submittals and maintain engineering schedule Obtain Permits: Produce, track, and control the permit process for land development permits. To include Grading permits, Block wall permits, Monument sign permits Perform other duties as assigned - as they relate to the administration of Land Development projects Produce Exhibits and other construction documents using Bluebeam and or AutoCAD Special Projects Coordinator Education, Experience & Skills Requirements: • Completed 2+ years of college, and be admitted to a construction related program • 2+ years solid experience in construction project management or bachelors degree in relevant field • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Exposure to AutoCAD or comparable Drafting software • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising the quality of work or mission deadlines • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information as well as trouble-shoot to solve problems • Ability to adapt to a changing workplace • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interact with all levels of internal and external customers in a professional and supportive manner • Excellent organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail, and ability to spot errors and make necessary corrections Salary & Benefit Compensation Starting pay ranges from $21.64 to $26.45 hourly, dependent on experience, with an excellent benefit & Incentive package: • Medical, Dental & Vision Health Insurance • A base life insurance plan is provided at no cost to employees • Voluntary Flexible Spending Account Plans • Voluntary Life, Accidental, Long-Term Disability, & Critical Illness Plans • PTO Accrual Program • Company Holidays • 401k Plan plus employer match • Wellness Program • Professional Development-Education/Training • Year-End Bonus Pay • New Home Discounts • Product Discounts from preferred suppliers Compensation details: 21.64-26.45 Hourly WagePI11b278c1da3f-1540
