Background check is part of our hiring process.Job DetailsJob dutiJob duties include but are not limited to the following:The Warehouse Lead oversees operations of the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed correctly and according to schedule. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Supervising and directing Warehouse Staff Training new warehouse employees Monitoring Safety Standards Picking and packing orders per specifications Entering data such as tracking and order notes in the computer system Keeping the warehouse and inventory bins and locations neat and organized. Alert the General Manager if they notice supplies or parts getting low. Additional duties may include building kits, ladders, swings, and any other items we pre-assemble. Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible:o Ensuring POs are received in a timely manner (typically 1-2 days)o Ensuring returns are processed in a timely manner (typically 2-4 days)o Overseeing existing warehouse associates and confirm they are following S/R procedureso Training new warehouse associates to follow all S/R duties and procedures Warehouse Supervisor will receive training on computer systems and be expected to know the following:o Enter a manual sales order in the inventory management systemo Complete orders in the Ecommerce websiteo Ship orders through Shipstationo Create purchase orders to vendors as need for stock replenishment, and receive them upon arrival Perform yearly or bi-yearly inventory cycle counts Notify General Manager immediately:o If there is a problem with stock levelso Missing itemso Items being pulled from stock with out authorization, paperwork, or prior approval.
