Air Squared offers exciting career opportunities working on projects including NASA MOXIE, Leading Electric and Autonomous Vehicle OEM, DOE Clean Energy initiatives ranging from nuclear fusion and the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-e), and other cutting-edge projects. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Air Squared, a leading manufacturer of oil-free scroll compressors. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and strategic partnerships2. Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer acquisition plans.3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.4. Product Knowledge & Expertise:Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and applications.Work with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.5. Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on market dynamics and business performance.6.
