The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, probate and trust administration, and tax planning. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing legal team with a robust client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals to family-owned businesses.Why join us?Competitive salary Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and CLE reimbursement.Supportive, team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.Job DetailsResponsibilities:Advise clients on estate and gift tax planning, asset protection, and wealth preservation strategies.Draft sophisticated estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Handle complex probate and trust administration matters.Counsel clients on charitable planning, business succession planning, and fiduciary responsibilities.Coordinate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to implement comprehensive estate plans.Stay current with federal and Florida state laws regarding estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.Participate in business development efforts and help expand the firm"s trusts and estates practice.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.Minimum of 5 years of trusts and estates planning experience in a law firm setting.LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred but not required).Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and independently handle complex matters.Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.Interested in hearing more?
