Comprehensive Benefits!Job Details Collaborate with in-house Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Construction Personnel on diverse projects ranging from $50k to $10M. Manage all on-site aspects of projects, including preconstruction, project buy-out, scheduling, and mobilization. Oversee subcontractor coordination, safety meetings, and job site safety measures. Maintain field documents, ensure accurate as-builts, and implement QA/QC programs. Coordinate inspections, final occupancy, and warranty processes.Requirements: 3-7+ years of experience in projects ranging from $100k to $5M. Comprehensive understanding of construction methods across CSI Divisions. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project. Ability to interpret bid documents, specifications, and project requirements. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Familiarity with SF Bay Area construction markets and contractors.Interested in hearing more?
