Committed to excellence and efficiency, we deliver results that inspire trust and confidence.Why join us?Flexible Remote ScheduleCompetitive Salary + Incentivizing Bonus StructureGenerous PTO Structured Career DevelopmentMedical, Dental Vision 401KJob DetailsWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid- to Senior-Level Associate Attorney with 5–12 years of civil defense experience, ideally with a strong background in insurance coverage, motion practice, and appellate work.Responsibilities:Draft complex legal memoranda, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs in insurance defense matters, including coverage disputes, personal injury, and general liability cases.Analyze insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions for a range of policy types (CGL, commercial auto, E&O, etc.).Support trial teams with strategic legal research and briefing on key legal issues.Handle declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation in state and federal courts.Collaborate with litigation teams while maintaining ownership over writing-intensive and strategic components of high-stakes cases.Qualifications:3-12 years of civil litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage, complex motion practice, or appellate litigation.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills; experience drafting dispositive motions and coverage opinions is essential.Familiarity with Texas insurance law and federal court practice strongly preferred.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently within a collaborative team environment.JD with active and good standing TX Bar.Interested in hearing more?
