Conduct thorough discovery and prepare declarations, motions, and other necessary legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations, advocating for their best interests at all times. Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients facing emotionally charged situations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and communicate these changes effectively to clients and team members. Collaborate with team members to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar. At least 6 months to a year of any sort of civil litigation or family law. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining high-quality work. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
