Executive Director

The client is seeking an Executive Director to lead Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County (HFHBC) in addressing the need for affordable housing in Bergen County, New Jersey. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and committees to achieve the organizations mission of creating safe and sustainable homes, empowering families, and revitalizing neighborhoods. Based in Westwood, NJ, HFHBC focuses on building community connections and promoting volunteerism.The Executive Director will provide visionary and strategic leadership to HFHBC, advancing the organizations goals through innovative programs and initiatives. The ED will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to promote stability through homeownership, critical repairs, and community-driven support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for affordable housing and a commitment to making homeownership a reality for families in Bergen County.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community by leading HFHBC in its mission to create safe and sustainable homes.
