The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, operations, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations, as well as managing the budget and financial reporting processes. The Vice President of Administration will also work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans to support Travel Oregons growth and addition to overseeing the financial and operational functions of Travel Oregon, the Vice President of Administration will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors. They will represent Travel Oregon at various industry events and conferences, as well as collaborate with other organizations to promote tourism in Oregon. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. They will also have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will work to ensure that Travel Oregons programs and initiatives are accessible and inclusive to all.Overall, the Vice President of Administration plays a critical role in supporting Travel Oregons mission to enhance visitors experiences and improve Oregonians quality of life through the promotion of tourism.
