We are committed to anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bellingham, WA for an Aircraft Maintenance Manager at our flight school. The Aircraft Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the fleet. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring aircraft airworthiness, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting aircraft systems, and supervising the maintenance team. The role also includes coordinating with flight operations to meet aircraft availability requirements.QualificationsA&P License with Inspection Authorization RequiredKnowledge and practical skills in Aircraft Systems and AirworthinessAbility to manage and supervise a maintenance team effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail5 years experience with light aircraft, preferably Cessnas required2 years supervisory or management experience requiredExperience in a flight school or similar aviation environment is beneficial
