We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Specialist in our North Scottsdale office.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with reporting, day-to-day processing, and providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations. If you are an Operations or Back Office pro, this role is for you!**Support the issue and processing of our line of fixed annuity productsSupport of daily workflow systemsAssist / prepare various reports and presentations as neededData entryRecommend and implement process changes to improve servicesTest new technology enhancements into infrastructure to ensuring all business and regulatory objectives are satisfiedOffice support services for New Business Organization and Agent supportReceive, direct and relay internal and external communicationsMaintain the operations scanning/filing systemDesired Skills and *2+ years' experience in an investment environment, 2-5 years administrative experience. One **** Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses strongly desired.Excellent client service, quality, teamwork.Typing and 10 key proficiency.Detail oriented with high level of accuracy, follow up, and follow throughSuperior interpersonal, written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and external partners.Posseses initiative, sound judgment, proactive, and professional demeanor. organized with strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills, including MS Office and Windows environment.Experience with workflow systems, Salesforce a plusAll applicants are required to take a PI Survey and are subject to a background check prior to hire.
