The company focuses on providing high-quality import and export services to drive the growth of its clients businesses.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist. The Import Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to import shipments. This includes processing import documents, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.QualificationsExpertise in Import and International Trade regulations and proceduresExperience in Customer Service and Import Export operationsProficiency in using automated systems such as ACE and Importer Security FilingStrong communication and negotiation skillsHigh School Diploma (Prefer higher education Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field experience)Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or related industry is preferredCargowise software experience is preferredThe ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of urgency, be detail-oriented, and able to work seamlessly within a team to achieve desired results.
