Position ** We are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support our legal team with entity management, regulatory filings, legal research, and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in corporate law practices.Key *Form and manage business and nonprofit entities, handle regulatory filings, and oversee dissolutions.Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, board updates, and annual reports.Support mergers and acquisitions by preparing supporting documents and organizing closings.Conduct legal research and draft memos on corporate and tax-related matters.Track billable hours and client expenses accurately and on time.Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.Assist with onboarding and training of new legal team members.Handle additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications & ****Bachelors degree or paralegal certification preferred.Minimum of 2 years of corporate paralegal experience required.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Desired Skills and ExperienceWere looking for a skilled Transactional Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple attorneysAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
