The incumbent will focus on Maryland foreclosures, bankruptcy drafting, filing and handling of creditor's rights collection matters. Responsibilities Preparing foreclosure noticesHandling of all aspects of foreclosurePreparing bankruptcy filingsReview of title reports and preparation of title claimsQualifications Five years of experience as a paralegalKnowledge of Maryland bankruptcy and foreclosure lawsUnderstanding of loan records and land recordsTitle experience is a plusWilling to consider real estate paralegals, corporate paralegals and title professionals
