If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with multiple attorneys, this opportunity is for you!Key **Maintain an active litigation checklist.Draft legal documents for attorney review.Track discovery documents.Calendar court deadlines.Prepare notebooks for documents, motions, depositions, and deposition exhibits.4+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal (business litigation preferred).Experience with prepping motions for summary judgment.Proficiency in e-filing for state and federal courts.Excellent tracking of client deadlines.Docketing and scheduling court documents.Role ***401(k), bonus incentives, and free on-site parking.5 days a week, in office, onsite.Two weeks of paid vacation and ten paid holidays.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
