The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess a passion for providing exceptional client service.Key *Gain an understanding of various immigration case types and internal processesAssist with case preparation, including gathering and reviewing documents, drafting petitions, and filing with government agenciesCommunicate clearly and professionally with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status and general inquiriesManage deadlines and ensure adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Compile and analyze data in case management systems for reporting purposesContribute to team and individual productivity goalsDemonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous learningEnsure compliance with all internal standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements****Bachelors degree, Associates degree, Paralegal certification, or relevant experience in a client-facing or service-oriented roleStrong client service orientation and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in proofreading and professional draftingProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with case management systems is a plusCollaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork
