Job Description:Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 yearsResponsibilities:This role will be to provide support for all Client's Pre-Order and Back Order activities within Client's Forward Operations Distribution Network.Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:Generate daily Back Order ReportAlign back-order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventoryPlan Back Order Drop based on analysis of on hand inventory/expected inventoryCommunicate drop plan with 3PL locationsPull various reports from SAP to generate reportingPartner with on-site DC managers to determine expected plans for future daysManage 3PL order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expectedCommunicate with internally stakeholders and escalate issues when identifiedWeekly responsibilities include but not limited to:Missed order AnalysisDevice Launch readiness and planningMust Have Skills:SAPMS Office SuiteGoogle Sheet/FormShould be attentive to detail, accurate in data reporting.Enjoying working in fast paced environmentDesired Skills:3PL Management ExperienceWMS KnowledgeEducation/Certifications:Bachelors in Supply Chain (preferred not required)SAP Certified (preferred not required)Must know SAPRequired Shift:Monday to Friday8.00 am to 5.00 pm ESTNote:This position will be a hybrid position (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays) at Client's Corporate Headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.Hybrid Work ScheduleIn Office (Tuesday and Thursday) Pay Range: $40hr - $40hr on w2The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
