Collections Specialist - Bankruptcy

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with at least one year of inbound call center experience, specifically in servicing loans and credit cards in complex financial situations. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who can assist members navigating financial hardship, including accounts in bankruptcy, charge-off, and deceased estate statuses.Key **Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding their loan and credit card accounts.Provide empathetic and knowledgeable service for customers accounts in bankruptcy, accounts in charged-off status, and accounts that are part of a deceased customer's estate.**Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, preferably with a financial institution.Strong knowledge of loan and credit card servicing, including account statuses involving bankruptcy and estates.Candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas. Relocation is not provided for this position.
