Maintenance Supervisor - ManufacturingAn established manufacturing team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support operations across coil processing, stamping, and tubing production lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current work processes and data to identify opportunities for performance improvement, enhancing KPIs, establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance processes, troubleshooting equipment, and managing capital improvement projects. This is an on-site role with occasional travel to support projects at other facilities.Education & Experience **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment3-5 years' supervisory experience preferredIndustrial electrical maintenance experience is a plusStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operationsAnalytical and strategic thinker with a solid technical foundationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCADKnowledge of high-frequency tube welding and steel coil slitting is advantageousExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong project management capabilities and attention to detailCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teamsExperience mentoring and supervising technicians and support staffBasic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systemsFamiliarity with automated control systems and equipment installation***Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processesSupervise the maintenance department, emphasizing preventative maintenancePartner with technical teams and production staff for root cause analysis and troubleshootingConduct capacity and resource analysis to meet operational demandsLead initiatives to improve resource efficiency and reduce wasteUse data-driven approaches to monitor and enhance KPI performanceSet and execute continuous improvement goals and action plansDevelop and implement data collection systems and process improvementsImprove workforce utilization, layout efficiency, and overall productivityIdentify cost reduction opportunities, quality improvements, and workflow enhancementsManage and coordinate capital and maintenance projects to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryEstablish time standards and performance metrics for production processesEnsure a deep understanding and adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) metrics
