This position will support the Director of Builder and the Builder Account Managers during the bidding and pre-construction phase of onboarding new clients. The successful candidate will manage the flow of information between all departments within the builder division to ensure efficiencies.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the Account Management team with bid proposalsCreate and maintain catalogs in MeasureInvestigate and take proper steps to correct shortages or overagesAssist in training new hires on MeasureCreate and maintain pricing calculatorsServe as a primary point of contact for preconstruction related inquiriesDesired Skills and Experience:Experience in home building or a desire to learn the homebuilding businessAbility to read and interpret architectural drawingsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced in MS ExcelAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSalary & BenefitsSalary will be commensurate with experience401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matchingFirst year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time offMedical paid by employer at 75%Great corporate culture and working environment
