About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Content Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the narrative and growth initiatives for our Personal AI Agent app. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition in the emerging Personal AI Agent space. The product is to be released at the end of June 2025.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.Create compelling narratives around AI technology that resonate with consumer audiences.Manage the content lifecycle, from ideation to production, distribution, and performance analysis.Produce high-quality content including product updates, user stories, and thought leadership pieces.Brand Channel Management Oversee and optimize content distribution across blogs, social media, email, and in-app communications.Monitor, analyze, and report key metrics to improve channel performance and engagement.Growth & Analytics Track and optimize content performance across all channels.Collaborate with the performance marketing team on user acquisition initiatives.Create data-driven content experiments to improve engagement.Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights.Events Management (Secondary Responsibility) Plan and execute virtual and in-person events including product launches, webinars, and industry conferences.Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.Create engaging event content and promotional materials.Coordinate speaker participation and manage stakeholder relationships.Track event ROI and attendee engagement metrics.Develop post-event content and follow-up campaigns.QualificationsRequiredContent marketing experience in B2C technology companies.Proven track record driving growth through content, preferably for mobile apps.Strong understanding of AI technology and ability to communicate complex concepts.Experience managing PR and communications for technology products.Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Data-driven approach to content optimization.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Must be able to commute to Santa Clara, CA office.PreferredExperience in AI/ML technology sector.Understanding of mobile app marketing and ASO.Experience with marketing automation tools.Background in product marketing or technical writing.Project management expertise.Bonus points for:AI application and Startup environment experiencePay range and compensation packageCompensation: $70 to $100 per hourLocation: Santa Clara, CA (On-site) Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed TermWorking Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to FridayContract Benefits include: 15-20% Performance Bonus + Potential Equity Taxes: Paid by the company Reporting To: Head of Marketing
