In this role, you will investigate and resolve insurance claims efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with applicable laws and policy terms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sound judgment, and prior experience handling claims in property, auto, or general liability.Key Responsibilities:Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims within authority levels and in a timely mannerReview policy terms, gather supporting documentation, and determine claim validityCommunicate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and vendors to gather necessary informationNegotiate settlements and issue payments or denials in accordance with company proceduresMaintain accurate claim files and documentation through internal systemsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims resolution processQualifications:1-3 years of experience in insurance claims adjusting (property, auto, or liability preferred)Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (620 or 520) requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailFamiliarity with claims management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy
