Title: Prototpye AssemblerContract: 1 year contract to hireShift: 3:30pm-12:00pm (overtime opportunity!!)About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Prototype Assembler to join our clients team. This role supports pre-production and development projects by performing a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks. If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys working with schematics and prototypes, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and wire developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructionsPerform rework and quality testing as neededUse documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems for moderately complex assignmentsApply independent judgment to solve problems and propose process improvementsSupport team training and development initiativesMaintain a clean and safe work environment and use tools and machinery properlyFlexibility to work overtime (typically 8 hours/week; actual hours may vary)Skills & Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and written instructionsComfortable using computers to access and log job-related informationSelf-directed with a strong sense of teamworkProficient in the safe use of manual tools, power tools, and machineryMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED preferred2+ years of related electronic or electro-mechanical assembly experienceMust have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
