Customer Success Manager (CSM)

We have been retained to locate a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for a growing leader in the Workforce Management Software space. THE CLIENT:30% growth, $30M+ global SaaS company selling a portfolio of solutions into the Retail Vertical.Huge Clients including BP, Ahold, and Walmart to name a few.Recent funding in the last couple of years to grow product, sales, and marketing.AI/ML technology focused on Store Operations and Execution including WFM, Inventory, planning, optimization and forecasting.Looking for an experienced CSM to manage large Enterprise SaaS customers from project readiness through complex implementations and the entire lifecycle of the customer including training, upsell, cross sell, etc.Develop relationships with key stakeholders and be the point of contact for the customers' needs and goals.Advising customer teams to create project goals and KPI's to maximize customer's ROIManaging cross functional deployment teams of solution consultants, data engineers, trainers.Recent success managing customers within the SaaS world for the retail vertical or similar technologies like WFM, planning, forecasting into other verticalsGreat culture with long standing leaders and an influx of top talent to grow to $100MComp is open based on seniority and fit, but normal comp range for an Enterprise CSM
