Litigation ParalegalLocation: Phoenix, AZPay Range: Up to $80K and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, etc.Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct HireLHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation defense with some experience. This role will focus on complex civil litigation matters including insurance defense and personal injury defense.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation mattersConduct legal research and gather relevant case informationDraft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memosCoordinate and manage document production and discovery processesPrepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnessesMaintain and update case files and databasesQualifications:1-5 years of experience with a major emphasis on litigationAttention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case managementProficiency in legal research tools and softwareEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDiscretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
