Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: In office: Omaha, NE Headquarters: 6860 S 118th St. Omaha, NE 68046Travel: 15-30% as needed. May include overnight stays. At AlffCo, we treat our clients' properties as if they were our own, maintaining a standard of excellence unmatched by our competitors.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and amplify our brand presence across all channels. This individual will be a hands-on contributor responsible for the day-to-day management of all social media platforms, the company website, and internal communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in content creation, in-house design, and copywriting, ensuring both internal and external communications align with brand standards. This role combines strategic marketing planning with tactical content execution to drive visibility and engagement and bring a mix of creative talent, digital marketing knowledge, and soft skills such as adaptability, curiosity, and strong time management to help drive successful, on-brand marketing initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Oversight, and PerformanceMarketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives, targeting both existing and potential customers.Public Relations Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the companys public image and drive positive media coverage.Stakeholder Engagement: Present marketing plans, strategies, and performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Performance Monitoring: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Content Creation, Design & Brand ExecutionSocial Media & Web Content Management: Own the daily management of AlffCo's social media platforms (including LinkedIn), including content scheduling, post copywriting, and engagement tracking. Oversee regular updates and content uploads to the company website via WordPress or other CMS platforms.Content Creation & Editing: Create and edit compelling content across digital, print, and internal communications channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.Graphic Design & Branding: Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, slide decks, advertisements, and branded internal documentation. Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Internal Communications Support: Develop branded internal documents, onboarding materials, and internal-facing presentations that reflect a professional and consistent tone.Brand Consistency: Ensure all content, whether internal or external, follows brand guidelines in tone, design, and messaging.Digital Campaigns & MediaDigital Marketing Oversight: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, email marketing, press releases, and SEO efforts to maintain a cohesive and effective online presence.Other Responsibilities Perform additional duties as assigned. Adhering to AlffCo values and professionalism Travel with weekends/nights may be required QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field"”or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience in marketing management with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Demonstrated ability to manage and create daily content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of engagement strategies.Strong copywriting and editing skills for digital, print, and internal communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for in-house graphic design.Hands-on experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Experience in creating branded internal documents, presentations, and communications collateral.Solid understanding of brand development and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.Strong public relations experience with the ability to manage media relationships and uphold the company's public image.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), basic SEO, and analytics tools.Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate across teamsStrong communication skills and a high degree of adaptability in dynamic environmentsExperience in fast-paced industries or roles requiring multitasking under pressureEvidence of a growth mindset or history of learning new tools/processes quicklyPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.Experience with video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web layout tools.Prior experience supporting employer branding or internal culture campaigns.Computer SkillsQuick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication, such as basic knowledge of Salesforce, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and SharePoint.Benefits: At AlffCo, we strive to provide you with a comprehensive and valuable benefits package as an important part of your overall compensation.
