Join our team and belong to an organization with a passion for people and excellent cuisine.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a Social Media Manager who excels in creative writing, campaign planning, and content creation. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and enjoys crafting engaging, witty copy for posts, community management, and other digital touchpoints. A quick wit and great sense of humor are essential. Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize projects, sequence activities, be collaborative and manage deliverables that are aligned with business priorities.What You Will DoThis role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and engaging with followers for our Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, Pick Up Stix and Leeann Chin brands' social media accounts.Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create, curate, and manage published content (static images, videos, and written posts) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) while ensuring consistent branding and messaging.Source and manage influencer relationships, including identifying, recruiting, and negotiating with influencers to create and distribute content.Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way to build relationships with followers and online communities.Set and track social media and influencer performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies.What We RequireBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably with an agency or in the restaurant or consumer brand industry.Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media followers.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.Interested applicants should submit a PDF featuring a sample of their work, or link to a website portfolio featuring past/current projects. submitted work should highlight copywriting, campaigns, and video/content creation.
