You'll support Patricia with:Tech Support: Handle IT coordination"”think Apple device troubleshooting, email syncing, and basic tech support.Social Media: Help increase Patricia's social media presence by coordinating posts and managing content.Scheduling: Juggle complex calendars, arrange travel, and ensure Patricia's always prepped and ahead of the game.Event planning: Book reservations, travel, and manage on-site events making sure things run smoothly.Personal Support: Coordinate personal logistics at our Sonoma County property, from bill payments to handyman scheduling.Research: Ranging from sustainable packaging or software tools to support her projects.Office Setup: Help set up functional, employee-friendly workspaces as needed.Logistics: Oversee product returns, manage shipping labels, and keep customer service and suppliers in the loop.Who You Are:2-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or project manager, (executive experience is a plus).A master multitasker with laser-sharp attention to detail and a knack for prioritization.Resourceful and solutions-driven"”able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
