Instrument Technician - Full-Time📍Location: Lexington, Nebraska🕒Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Rotating On-Call Schedule)Position OverviewA growing ethanol production facility is seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join their maintenance team. This full-time, permanent position offers a hands-on opportunity to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of instruments and electronic components in a production environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, an understanding of industrial electronics, and a proactive approach to safety and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inspections on instrumentation, including flow control valves, pressure/temperature indicators, and flow metersConduct maintenance and repairs on electrical components, such as motors and startersTroubleshoot and calibrate computer boards and other electronic devicesReplace and upgrade computer boards as necessaryMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areasParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule with stipend compensation; time and a half pay for call-insQualificationsAssociates Degree in Electronics or a related field preferredDemonstrated knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical applicationsStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage (with time and a half for on-call responses)On-call stipend providedMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holiday planLife and disability insuranceWellness program to reduce health insurance costsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Long-term, stable employment with growth potential
