Production Supervisor

This job's key responsibilities include:Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to team members. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and capabilities. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals. Manage resources efficiently to meet team objectives. Assess the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback. Recognize and reward achievements and contributions. Facilitate effective communication within the team and between other departments. Act as a conduit for feedback between team members and upper management. Provide regular updates to upper management on team performance and progress. Encourage and support the development of skills and competencies within the team. Help the team navigate challenges and solve problems collaboratively. Foster communication and collaboration between different functions. Make decisions within the scope of the team's responsibilities. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Engage team members in the decision-making process and organizational goals. Monitoring and reporting on KPI's in relation to departmental goals, and actively seeks out ways to continuously improve within the department and team. Ensures procedures are being followed and implement corrective actions where necessary.
