Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of Garage Composites. This position is responsible for managing the company's digital infrastructure, coordinating internal and external communication channels, and ensuring the efficient execution of recurring tasks such as survey distribution and data audits.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, update and maintain companys digital filesServe as the point of contact for client inquiries and correspondence and assign as appropriateEnsure documents are stored according to standardized organizational practices for ease of access and securityManage and update the company events calendar Oversee and manage all client communication channelsEnsure all meeting materials are printed and delivered for all eventsSchedule and manage the distribution of all customer surveys Collaborate with the Operations and Administrative teams to ensure accurate record keeping and documentationAssist in the preparation of internal and client-facing reports as neededParticipate in regular team meetings and contribute to the improvement of administrative processesAssist in auditing all communication channels with the guidance of the 20 club and MTA managersCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 per year based on experienceBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysIf you are a proactive and highly organized professional who thrives as an team worker, we invite you to apply and become a key part of our team!How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience to applications@ with the Subject Line of Administrative Coordinator.
