THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION FOR AN INDIVIDUAL IN THE PORTLAND AREA ONLY. RISE Law Group is looking to hire a full time Paralegal from the Portland area to join our team! This position would be remote and move to an in-office position as the firm grows in the Portland area. We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so we're looking for a passionate Paralegal to help us maintain this high standard. This person will build collaborative working relationships with our lawyers - and earn the trust of our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities-Draft and proofread legal documents-Research facts for hearings/trials-Manage virtual case files-Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner-Represent our firm with professionalism and integrity-Properly organize and handle tasks for multiple attorneys-Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client informationQualifications-Paralegal certificate-Strong attention to detail-Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills-Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages and equipment-Organization and the ability to multitask-Investigative mind and strong research skills***** From $50,000 - DOECompetitive benefits package, paid holidays, PTO and sick time.Send a cover letter and resume to admin@RISE Law Group is an equal opportunity employer.
