Job Description | Marketing Assistant Reporting to the Global Trade Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across a variety of exciting tasks. Were looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, loves multitasking, and wants to gain hands-on experience in all areas of marketing. From coordinating trade materials and collaborating with partners to creating content and assisting the customer experience team, youll play a vital role in bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly. This position is ever-evolving, so adaptability and a can-do attitude are key. Below is a general overview of responsibilities, but you'll have the opportunity to grow and take on more as the role expands. 1. TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT Assist with organizing, coordinating, and tracking materials for clinics and events. 2. ANALYTICS / REPORTING Help track marketing performance, compile reports, and pull insights to inform future strategy. 3. MARKETING COMMUNICATION Support the distribution, organization, and proofreading of printed and digital materials. 4. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Respond to social media interactions and help ensure consistent, on-brand communication. 5. MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS Assist in coordinating with external partners and managing the execution of partnership campaigns. 5. CONTENT & COLLATERAL EXECUTION Contribute to the creation of marketing assets like presentations, itineraries, and HQ content. 7. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIAISON Support the customer experience team with internal communications. 8. MERCHANDISE Help manage inventory, fulfill merchandise requests, and assemble outgoing kits and packs. 9. PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE Track tasks, take meeting notes, and help keep marketing projects organized and on schedule. PREFEERED QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to take initiative and confidently run with tasks from start to finish Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital best practices Creative and collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail Previous marketing experience or internship preferred Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop Experience with social scheduling or publishing tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
