Marketing Coordinator

Marketing CoordinatorDig Studio is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator in our Denver or Phoenix Studio. This role is focused on graphic design and content management: producing documents in Adobe InDesign, to support Dig Studio's business development efforts. This role will partner with senior staff to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.Your RoleA mix of project management and content creation. The successful candidates will be excellent writers and communicators, proactive problem solvers and action-oriented team players at a level appropriate to their experience. They must have complete knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and have a keen eye for aesthetically pleasing layout, presentation and design of documents and marketing materials. They must be committed to internal client service, poised under fast-paced pressure and have a relentlessly positive, flexible, "do whatever it takes" attitude.What You Will DoWorking with Principals and senior staff to design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with Dig Studio's brand standards.Research and identify potential project opportunities by monitoring tender portals, client websites, and industry news.Lead the communication and deadline-driven strategy in the preparation of high-quality bid submissionsParticipate in pursuit strategy and planning.Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities.Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.Understand and learn Dig Studio's portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities.Maintain resources including resumes, project sheets, and marketing drive organization.Coordinate business development activities, including researching incoming leads, following up and tracking their status and developing new materials to support business development activities.Coordinate various branding activities such as internally hosted events, external speaking engagements, award submissions and media outreachAssist with social media strategy and managementWork closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy efforts.Your Qualifications2-3+ years of professional experience in a graphic design / communications position, with a design or professional services / AEC firm a bonusBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism,Strong graphic communication and design skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaboratorStrong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environmentA high degree of proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a mustPlease submit a cover letter, resume, and portfolio with work samples to marketing@.
