Job ***** Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury***** Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)Employment ***** Full-TimePay ***** $35-$50 hourly DOEThis is a recruiter-posted position.Our plaintiff personal injury law firm client in Los Angeles, CA is hiring for a remote Paralegal with 2+ years of experience with California personal injury litigation cases and bilingual English/Spanish client communications to support the attorney within their expanding practice.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in discovery by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas, and by reviewing documents produced by opposing counselTrack deadlines, court dates, and other key timelines using Filevine and other toolsCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses and court personnelDraft and review legal documents"”including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses"”and prepare witness statements and deposition summariesOrganize and update electronic case files and assist with remote court filingsConduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulationsSummarize research findings and assist in calculating potential settlements and preparing settlement agreementsRequired Qualifications2+ years of California personal injury litigation experience requiredBilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge of California civil procedure and local court rulesDemonstrated experience managing PI cases through all phases of litigationStrong attention to deadlines, detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Filevine highly preferredBachelors degree or an equivalent preferredParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent preferredBenefitsMedical insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysPerformance bonusWhy Join This Team?Join our forward-thinking firm where your ideas are valued and help transform processes and make a real impact.
