Seeking a Tool & Die Machinist for an industrial manufacturing company in Omaha, Nebraska.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManufacture a wide range of power transmission componentsAssemble components to create complete tools and dies Operate various machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, CNC machines) to shape and form materialsStandard stock and custom made such as Specialty Parts/Wheel Hubs/Jacks, Couplers, Clutches/Tubing/Threaded Rod, PTO Drivelines & Components, Sheaves & Pulleys, Power Transmission Sprockets, Sprockets, Gears, and Roller Chain SprocketsQUALIFICATIONSExperience in turning, milling, drilling, shaping, and grinding machine parts to specificationsExperience with filing and adjusting parts so that they fit together properlyExperience with measuring, examining, and testing completed products for defectsExperience testing completed tools and dies to ensure that they meet specifications Self-motivated and Goal oriented Innovative Organizational skills Ability to multitask Develop action plans
