We're looking for a forward-thinking marketing expert with strong creative instincts and data analysis skills to drive our creative online ad strategy.Position SummaryAs the Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist at Sunday Swagger, you will be the driving force behind our ad ideation, creative execution, and optimization efforts. You'll develop data-informed campaign concepts that reflect our energetic brand while identifying industry trends and emerging digital channels. Core focus will be on interpreting performance metrics, brainstorming fresh ad creatives, and continuously testing new approaches to help us stand out in the crowded DTC apparel market.Key ResponsibilitiesAd Ideation & Creative DevelopmentBrainstorm, design, and refine ad concepts that align with Sunday Swagger's unique, bold aesthetic.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative resources to produce engaging, high-conversion ads for various digital platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.).Continuously seek new angles and creative approaches to test in emerging channels.Performance Analysis & OptimizationMonitor and analyze ad performance metrics, using insights to inform future creative concepts and targeting strategies.Conduct ongoing A/B testing of headlines, visuals, layouts, and other campaign elements to maximize results.Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for the leadership team and cross-functional partners.Trend Analysis & InnovationStay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in the digital marketing space.Research competitor strategies and broader eCommerce best practices to keep Sunday Swagger's ads on the cutting edge.Pilot and evaluate new marketing tools and channels to continually improve acquisition costs and brand visibility.Research competitor strategies and broader eCommerce best practices to keep Sunday Swagger's ads on the cutting edge.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, eCommerce, and operations teams to align campaign messaging with product launches and promotions.Foster open communication lines with customer service and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.Present regular performance reports, key insights, and creative roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years in a digital marketing role, preferably at a DTC eCommerce brand where you've owned campaign ideation and creative strategy.Technical & Creative SkillsDemonstrated success creating engaging ads on paid social (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok)Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into actionable creative strategies.Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with eCommerce analytics platforms.Core CompetenciesCreativity & Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to develop on-brand, innovative ad concepts that capture attention.Data-Driven Mindset: Aptitude for reading performance metrics, identifying patterns, and applying insights to campaign strategies.Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external anization & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ideation with deadlines and budgets.Culture FitEnthusiasm for apparel, golf, or lifestyle brands, and an appreciation for Sunday Swagger's energetic brand ethos.Entrepreneurial spirit suited to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives - 90-120K+ DOEComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.). 75% covered for individual + dependents.401K + company matchAn opportunity to shape and refine a growing brand's digital presence and performance strategy.A fun, collaborative work environment that values creativity and innovative thinking.
