You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, know how to manage big-scale, multiple content projects, and can sharpen a message for any audience.If you're ready to help tell the stories that matter "” we'd love to meet you.Apply now and be part of something meaningful.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Sourcing from Users & CreatorsDevelop and execute a plan to consistently secure content from users and creators.Build and manage content pipelines through user surveys, interviews, and outreach.Conduct user interviews and neatly organize notes, insights, and assets.Maintain a centralized content library for easy access by cross-functional teams.Identify, onboard, and manage creator relationships to ensure timely, brand-aligned content delivery.Messaging & Content Format StrategyCollect and document user pain points, needs, and use cases by audience segment.Craft tailored messaging for each segment, grounded in user insights and market research.Research and develop new content formats to optimize engagement, then collaborate with users and creators to secure the right sources that fit each format.Provide creative direction, briefs, and hands-on support to users and creators to ensure on-brand, impactful content.Content Production & OptimizationEdit and refine source materials to develop final marketing assets.Collaborate with in-house designers, videographers, freelancers, and creators to produce videos, images, written content, digital ads, case studies, and social content.Manage production timelines, approvals, and a content calendar for consistent, timely publishing.Adapt content for multiple platforms, formats, and audience.Monitor performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies.Requirements3+ years of experience in content production, content marketing, or digital storytelling.Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills with a sharp sense of audience engagement.Strong awareness of trending content formats, social storytelling styles, and platform best practices, with the ability to quickly adapt and apply them to BAND's content strategy.Proven ability to plan and produce multi-format content for social, web, and paid digital channels.Strong project management, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to scale content production while maintaining quality and storytelling fortable working with videographers and participating in video ideation, scripting, and production.Experience sourcing user-generated content and collaborating with users, partners, and community creators.Skilled in managing freelancers and external creators to deliver on-brand content.Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).(Preferred) Experience conducting user research and applying insights to content development.
