QA/QC MANAGERClient Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience.• Comprehensive health benefits package.• Opportunities for career growth and professional development.• Supportive and collaborative work environment.What You Will Be Doing• Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and strategies.• Lead and mentor QA/QC teams across multiple job sites.• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including NEC.• Oversee subcontractor quality programs and conduct site inspections.• Track and report QA/QC metrics, driving continuous improvement.The Ideal Candidate• Minimum of 10 years of electrical (industrial/commercial) experience.• Electrical licensure (strongly preferred).• Expertise in blueprint reading and code compliance.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to travel as needed.Other Essential Functions• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and QA/QC software.• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality control.
