You are instrumental in ensuring that our attorneys can focus on their core legal responsibilities, unburdened by administrative tasks.Purpose and Impact of Your RoleAs a Litigation Paralegal, you will have a pivotal role as part of our legal team in providing efficient and effective legal services to our clients. You will play a crucial part in assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation while ensuring all documentation and information are organized and readily available. Your role directly impacts the success of our cases, client satisfaction, and the overall functioning of our legal practice. Essential Functions:Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads documents.Prepares legal documents for municates to and on behalf of attorneys using Firm technology.Maintains electronic files in accordance with Firm guidelines.Maintains attorney calendars.Prepares, tracks and maintains attorney anizes and coordinates conference calls and client meetings.Other responsibilities as assigned.May need to work additional hours as needed to fulfill job requirements.Skills/Qualifications:Experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role 3-4 years minimumStrong knowledge of legal terminology and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat You Will Learn and How You'll GrowIn this role, you will further develop your skills in drafting legal documents, organizing legal materials, and maintaining financial records.
