Social Media and Influencer Manager

OVERVIEWAs a Social Media and Influencer Manager at The Infinite Agency, you should have in-depth marketing experience within the various forms of Social Media. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our brand's presence across social platforms and amplify our reach through influencer partnerships. This role requires a creative thinker who's fluent in internet culture, loves building community, and knows how to turn engagement into growth.Essential Duties and **Social *Develop and execute the overall social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Plan and publish engaging, on-brand content with a strong focus on storytelling, trends, and valueManage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure platform best practicesMonitor and respond to community engagement (DMs, comments, tags)Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insightsInfluencer ****Identify and recruit influencers/creators aligned with the brand's voice and valuesBuild and nurture relationships with influencers and manage outreach, negotiations, and contractsCoordinate influencer campaigns, including content briefing, deliverables, and timelinesTrack performance and ROI of influencer partnerships and compile campaign reportsKeep a pulse on emerging creators and trends in influencer marketingQualifications3-5 years experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketingProven track record of growing social channels and driving engagementExcellent written and visual communication skillsExperience with influencer management platforms and social analytics toolsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projectsDeep understanding of social media trends, memes, and internet cultureStrong creative instincts and a good eye for aesthetics and brand voiceAt Infinite, we believe in developing great people, which develops great work.
