We are hiring a rock star Associate Media Director who will be an integral part of the Silverlight Digital team. The Associate Media Director will be responsible for supporting the overall management of his/her/their own key account. The Associate Media Director represents the Agency's management on a day-to-day basis at the Client level. 80% remote with the ability to easily work in Manhattan two times per month or more and travel to clients' offices in NY or NJ as needed. Responsibilities include:Strengthening our relationship with the clients, becoming their go-to resource by providing support in day-to-day communications with the client, handling requests including plan revisions, budget changes, media POVs, marketplace updatesOwning all internal aspects of day-to-day account managementCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, both internally and externallyForecast and track key account metricsAs a member of the media team, shape our clients' digital media landscape by leading their media strategy development and establishing media objectives, setting KPIs, etc. Managing client and agency team expectations, day in and out, and helping clear roadblocks to ensure successCreating and presenting innovative, business-led media recommendations collaborativelyProviding solutions to meet client needs by utilizing Silverlight Digital's resources and understanding the interplay with traditional media and creative Collaborating on the intersection of digital with non-digital strategies such as TV, Radio, Print, OOH and especially Connected TVContributing to agency revenue growth through existing account opportunities, as well as new businessPartners with all cross-functional teams to assess performance, recommend optimizations and develop media plans to best maximize ROIStaying abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and digital media best practices including meeting with and assessing new media partnersMaintaining and strengthening relationships/ partnerships with ad tech companiesActing as intermediary for operations, creative resources/partnerships, tech resources and recommend the best solutions for our clientsUpsell and cross-sell Silverlight Digital's wide array of services and offerings Evangelizing the agency through speaking engagements, creation of case studies and thought leadershipQualifications:5-7 years of digital account management experience, preferably at a media agencyKnowledge of principles of marketing and advertising, media dynamics and conceptsThorough knowledge and experience in digital media; some experience with traditional/offline media is a plusProven experience leading campaigns from planning through executionStrong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to adhere to and meet deadlinesHistory of establishing or growing strong client relationships and the ability to project manage multiple initiativesPharmaceutical experience - HCP and/or ConsumerKeen understanding of the evolving digital landscapeDetail oriented and responsive, deadline-drivenFlawless written and verbal communications skills (in English) as well as presentation skillsMS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPointWorks well in a team environment and must be comfortable in a client-facing roleExperience with Ad Serving and Bid Management technology is a plusAbility to use syndicated research to guide strategic thinkingAbility to build and maintain Senior-level client relationshipsProactive and ProfessionalSilverlight Digital is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
