Litigation Paralegal

A regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in their Cerritos office. This is a fully onsite position with a great team, supporting the Labor & Employment and Class Action department with a full range of litigation paralegal tasks from inception to discovery, trial, post-trial, and case closure.**Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses, assist attorneys with document production, and prepare and review case files, discovery and trial documents. Prepare and send out deposition notices and subpoenas. Prepare index of subpoenaed records and track incoming documents pursuant to subpoenaed requests.Prepare for depositions, law and motion hearings, and trials by preparing trial binders and exhibits binders. Partner with IT Litigation Support department to import client documents into iPro and conduct document review (e-Discovery). Travel and set up war rooms and court software. Attend trials and other legal proceedings as needed. **Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of law firm experience preferredProficiency with e-Discovery software required. Ability to travel for trials as needed.The compensation range for this position is $85,000-$100,000.
