As a growing company, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and make an overall impact on our clients lives.What you will be doingâ— Assist in developing and implementing direct marketing and advertising campaigns (includingsocial media and email campaigns)â— Manage and update the firms' website, ensuring SEO optimization and relevant contentâ— Maintain and inventory stock, place orders and verify receipt, update calendars and otheradministrative tasks as assignedâ— Plan, organize and assist in meeting preparation including establishing contacts, developingagendas and coordinating any necessary materialsâ— Track conversion and cost of acquisition by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and newbusiness dataâ— Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales dataâ— Coordinate with other departments to any necessary materials are reviewed and preparedâ— Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, andupdated services informationâ— Conduct and record market research regarding comparable products by identifying andevaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertisingâ— Monitor budgets and conduct comparisons by analyzing our results with previous plans andforecastsâ— Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest improvements as neededâ— Oversee social media accounts and boost online presenceâ— Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs and objectivesWhat you bringâ— Bachelor's in marketing or a related field requiredâ— Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the financial or legalindustry requiredâ— Minimum 1 year project management experience requiredâ— Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM optimization, email, social media and/or advertisingcampaignsâ— Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform,and motivateâ— Creative, adaptable and hands-onâ— Proactive and takes ownership of projectsâ— Explores opportunities to add value to tasks and overallâ— Strong working knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsâ— Working knowledge of ad serving toolsâ— Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
