Property Manager - (Juno Beach, FL)A prestigious oceanfront condominium community located in Juno Beach, Florida. The community consists of two towers offering residents luxury coastal living, direct beach access, and a commitment to excellence in operations and property maintenance.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on, hardworking Property Manager with strong knowledge of building systems, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure "” especially in oceanfront environments. This individual must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate with residents and Board members, all while ensuring daily operations and long-term maintenance are managed with precision and care.Responsibilities🔧Maintenance & Building OperationsOversee all aspects of building operations, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and elevator systems.Ensure maintenance protocols are in place and consistently followed, including preventative maintenance schedules.Monitor the condition of ocean-facing systems and structures to prevent corrosion or water intrusion.Coordinate vendor and contractor access for repairs, inspections, and capital projects.Maintain emergency systems and building safety compliance with city and state regulations.👥Team ManagementSupervise and support a team of three:Office Assistant/BookkeeperBuilding SupervisorAssistant Maintenance TechnicianDelegate responsibilities, provide training where needed, and ensure staff deliver high-quality service.📊Board & Administrative ReportingServe as the main liaison between the Board of Directors and the community.Provide quarterly reports on operations, financials, maintenance activities, and upcoming needs.Help manage budgets, contracts, and service agreements.Maintain accurate records and ensure association documents are properly organized and up to date.📞Resident RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for residents regarding concerns, repair requests, and community rules.Foster a professional, responsive, and respectful environment at all times.Assist in implementing and enforcing community policies set forth by the Board.RequirementsCAM License (Active or in progress "” required)Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Property Manager in a condominium or residential community (oceanfront property experience highly preferred)Hands-on knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevatorsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsProficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software a plusAbility to handle emergency situations calmly and effectivelyWork ScheduleFull-Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMParticipation in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend emergencies is requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBenefits package availableOpportunity to lead a high-standard, well-maintained coastal communityCAREERXCHANGE, INC is an equal opportunity employer.
