Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time position in Springfield, offering a salary of $70,000-$75,000 annually plus benefits. Provide behavioral and functional assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans based on ABA principles, and analyze data to assess efficacy. Conduct crisis interventions, train staff and families, and collaborate with community agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
