Senior Field Service Technician - HVAC/R

**The Senior Field Service Technician position requires the highest level of professionalism, problem solving and communication skills for this critical, customer-facing role. The SFST works independently, providing technical service to maintain ice machines at various locations, while delivering the desired customer service experience. The SFST aspires to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.Provide service and customer support during field visits with a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with customersDiagnose service problem down to the componentCapable of replacing compressors, expansion valves and any other refrigeration componentMentor and train junior installers and techniciansManage on-site remote and standard installation, repair, maintenance and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsComplete timely and detailed service reports on jobs performed at each site (digital photos, descriptions of issues, etc., to correct problems in the future) using the field automation systemPurchase parts, supplies, materials in the field as requiredOperate and maintain company vehicle according to established policies and proceduresWork as a team to grow as a teamPerform additional duties as assigned, always looking for ways to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the operation. Required ***High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Refrigeration / EPA Universal License; required10+ years proven field service experience in Food Manufacturing industryMust have experience in install/uninstall compressors, expansion valves and any other refrigeration component
