In this role, youll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing all production equipment. If youre looking for a challenging and well-paid position, then this is the job for you!Responsibilities· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery such as grinding and forming equipment.· Troubleshoot, repair, or replace conveyor systems· Troubleshoot, repair, control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. as needed· Troubleshoot, repair, or replace hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical power components.· Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PLC based control systems. Working with 3-phase motors.· Preform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments as well as preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.Education· High School diploma· Mechanical / PLC / pneumatic/ hydraulic / basic electrical skills.· At least 3 years Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Experience· At least 2 years PLC troubleshooting experience· Experience in a food manufacturing and packaging environment.· Physical ***** Frequent standing, bending, and climbing around equipment inside and outside of the facility.
