Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support key HR functions, drive efficiency, and enhance the employee experience in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.Key **Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee file maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related reporting.Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions, ensuring a seamless HR experience.Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including interview scheduling and offer processes.Maintain and update HR databases and systems (SAP, ADP, Employee Navigator).Collect and analyze HR metrics related to hiring, retention, engagement, and compliance.Process invoices and manage HR-related expenses.Ensure compliance with employment laws, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and HR best practices.Participate in HR projects, including benefits enrollment, salary analyses, and training initiatives.**2-5 years of HR experience (pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry preferred).Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and compliance requirements.Experience with SAP or HRIS systems is a plus.HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of urgency.Occasional travel required (up to 20%).Benefits include full package - Healthcare, 401, Short & Long Term Disability, Bonus
